WORLD HEART DAY is here again! On 29 September each year we mark this special day – one of the most important days in the Societi calendar!

This annual global campaign, which this year has a theme of “Don’t Miss a Beat”, asks individuals, communities and decision‑makers to take action for healthier hearts.

We’re proud to be a part of this far-reaching and powerful campaign!

For us – of course – this is an opportunity to raise the profile of Kawasaki Disease – the #1 cause of acquired heart disease in our children, and it is a key moment in the year to grow awareness to protect children’s hearts!

We’re always proud to support the World Heart Federation and being part of this crucial global focus on healthier hearts, including Kawasaki Disease awareness, is why this is such a special day for us.

On World Heart Day 2026, and in the weeks around it, we’ll be amplifying the urgent message that early recognition and treatment of Kawasaki Disease can protect children’s hearts from lasting damage.

Our mission remains firm: to support healthcare professionals and families to recognise Kawasaki Disease quickly and to ensure every child affected by Kawasaki Disease has the best chance of a good recovery.
