Virtual physical challenge

Choose an activity and a distance and get moving.

Create your own virtual challenge, it can be as challenging as you wish.  If you’re a cyclist, you could aim to ride the distance between Lands End and John O’Groats (603 miles). If you’re a swimmer, you could cover the equivalent of the English Channel (21 miles).  Choose an activity that you like to do and a distance that is challenging.  Its then up to you how you plan to get it done!

Post regular update on your training and during the challenge to engage people throughout your journey.
